This Privacy Policy (herein referred to as “Policy”) explains how VTHadley Co., LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (herein referred to as the “Company,” “we” or “our”) processes Personal Data that we collect from you (herein referred to as the “Subscriber”) as a Controller.

 

1. DEFINITIONS.

 

(a) “Controller” means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body, which alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data.

2. DATA COLLECTION.

 

The Subscriber directly provides the Company with most of the data we collect. The Company collects Personal Data from the Subscriber from the following sources:

  • Information you provide when making a purchase through our website (name, email address, billing address, and payment information processed through our payment provider)

  • Information you provide when signing up for our email list or downloading free resources (name, email address)

  • Information collected automatically when you visit our website (IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral source, and general location data)

  • Information collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies used by our website and e-commerce platforms

  • Information you provide when contacting us directly (name, email address, and the content of your communications)

 

3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.

 

(a) The Company processes the Subscriber’s Personal Data to provide the Services.

(a) The Subscriber acknowledges that the Company may share the Subscriber’s Personal Data with its group companies and third-party service providers to offer the Subscriber the Company’s Service(s) and/or send information or updates about the Service(s).

(b) When the Company processes the Subscriber’s order, payment and fraud screening are handled on our behalf by our payment processor and e-commerce platform.

(c) The Company shares Personal Data in the following instances:

  • With third-party service providers who help us operate our business, including our website platform, e-commerce platform, payment processor, digital product delivery platform, email communication tools, and analytics providers

  • As necessary to process and fulfill your purchases

  • When required by law, court order, or governmental authority

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY.

 

Our online store and checkout are powered by Shopify. When the Subscriber makes a purchase, Shopify collects and processes the Subscriber’s Personal Data (including payment and order information) to provide and secure the checkout, and acts as an independent controller for certain of that data. If the Subscriber chooses to save their information through Shop Pay, any account credentials created are managed by Shopify and are not stored by the Company.

10. CHILDREN’S DATA.

The Services are not directed to children, and the Company does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of majority in the Subscriber’s jurisdiction. If the Subscriber believes a child has provided the Company with Personal Data, please contact us at adminliohq@gmail.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

 

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS.

The Services may contain links to websites and platforms operated by third parties, such as our social media profiles. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and the Subscriber is encouraged to review their policies before providing them with Personal Data.

12. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS.

The Company is based in the United States and processes Personal Data there. If the Subscriber accesses the Services from outside the United States, the Subscriber understands that their Personal Data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

The Company keeps this Policy under regular review and may update this webpage at any time. This Policy may be amended at any time, and the Subscriber shall be notified only if there are material changes to this Policy.
